ATHENA is made according to customer dimension specifications. If not specified,  we apply a mounting allowance of 8 mm in width and 5 mm in height. It is made in galvanized steel and painted in oven-baked polymerized epoxy powder at a temperature of 200 °C. It is supplied with steel couplings, which allow an agile opening of the leaf and a solid locking for any overlap. It consists of outer frame supplied with compensators for the out-of-frame, to be set by the architectural light using the provided bolts. The frame comes with customizable position of the upper and lower cross-piece to allow the overlapping of any encumbrance, such as bobbins’ pivots, fittings’ frames, shutters’ frames, the housing of your mosquito nets, etc. (fig. 1 and 2). The recessed safety pivots to lock the joint placed on the upper and lower horizontal cross-piece can overlap encumbrances  according to the frame type.

ROTATION BUSHING

Each leaf rotates thanks to a pivot hinge which makes the rotation agile and silent.

ANTI-BURGLARY CYLINDER
Every railing has a euro profile safety cylinder equipped with a building site key and a sealed envelope containing three keys belonging to the owner. Each railing batch has the same combination, so as to open all the railings with the same key.
DOUBLE LOCK
The double-leaf model has a double gear locking system that allows the expansion of more than 24 mm of the safety pins. Multiple-leaf doors, with more than two leafs are supplied with an independent locking system.
HARDENED PIN
The door-lock lintel and the semi-fixed wing’s lintel are supplied with end caps and guarantee a smoothly sliding of the bars and an excellent resistance to burglary.
SAFETY GUARDS
The joint of the leaf is part of the vertical armouring bars to minimize the size of the profiles and give the maximum light to the door.
